Our team processes orders within 24-48 hours and are processed during business days (Monday to Friday) with the exception of public holidays. During holiday periods, such as Christmas, we may experience a higher than normal volume and processing times may take longer.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes we do. We are honored to support members of our nation’s military, and ship to all APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

Will all of my items be shipped together?

We ship all items together at one time where possible. If your web order requires shipment from two of our warehouses – we will notify you by email. If any items are out of stock we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number link which you can follow. Alternatively, you can track your shipment from your eStore account, just login to view.

My order still hasn’t arrived and it says that its been shipped, what can I do?

The fastest way to find out where your package is, is to contact the shipping company it’s coming from. Quote your tracking number so that they can locate it for you. If you’re still having trouble, shoot our support team an email or call us we’ll track it down.

How do I return or exchange product purchased on the Kaha Nutrition Online Store?

Simply mail back the item to us at Kaha Nutrition HQ within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we don’t offer refunds or exchanges on expired product. Our policy also requires that any issues with orders, including damaged or missing products, must be reported within a week of delivery with a picture of the package showing the box and contents inside. I purchased from another vendor/store and am unhappy, will KahaNutrition.com process my refund or exchange?

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, you can take it back to the vendor you originally purchased from. Bring back the item in its original, unused condition, accompanied by the receipt, within 30 days to the place of purchase. Please note that expired product is not eligible for return or exchange. Lost or Stolen Items Policy

If your package is confirmed as delivered via tracking information and photographic proof provided by the carrier, but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:

Check your surroundings: Ensure the package isn't placed in a hidden or unusual location (such as with a neighbour or in a secure area on your property).

File a Police Report: In cases of stolen packages, we may require a police report to be filed before processing any claims for replacements or refunds.

Fraud Prevention Notice: Please be aware that falsely claiming a package as lost or stolen, when delivery proof is available, constitutes fraud. We take such matters seriously and will investigate all claims. Filing a false claim may result in the denial of future orders, suspension of account privileges, or legal action if necessary.
